Clinical Training Specialist
MedAllies, a dynamic and growing health information technology organization, has an opening for a Clinical Training Specialist. The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for education and training of physicians and medical office personnel ensuring all receive complete and accurate instruction for Internet-based computer applications supported by MedAllies. The major role is to apply the most effective training techniques specific to the needs of the individual user so the user incorporates the Internet-based computer applications into their work routine. Included as part of this project, is the ability to understand the individual’s work routine and responsibilities in order to provide him/her with efficiencies gained through use of the Internet-based computer applications. The position also assists management with maintaining the web portal infrastructure through monitoring and quality checks on the system.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Candidates should be detailed oriented with a strong work ethic and have the ability to work with all levels of physician practice staff. The position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem solving skills who is professional, friendly, patient, able to work independently on several tasks at the same time and able to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment. The specialist also must have a solid understanding of medical practice workflow.

Bachelor’s degree required in related field (computers, health, business). Candidates with health information management /medical records, clinical, or pharmacy experience are preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry in a physician practice, hospital, or other health-related organizations.
