MedAllies, a dynamic and growing health information technology organization, is looking for entry, junior, and senior level Technical Support Specialists who would like to contribute to the growth and development of a young organization. We are continuing to expand our Call Center Team and this is a great opportunity to grow with the team and company. Specialists serve as the central point of contact for clients and are responsible for all aspects of client support including requests for enhancements and modifications, reporting and tracking problems that affect the client’s abilities to conduct business and general questions related health care applications.

 

MedAllies offers healthcare information technology applications including web portals, electronic prescribing and electronic health records. In addition, MedAllies is the Health Information Service Provider (HISP) for Taconic Health Information Network and Community (THINC), a nationally recognized community collaborative. MedAllies works with THINC on high-profile research studying improvements in patient safety and quality as a result of utilizing health information technology.

 

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service, communications and inter-personal skills in order to assist clients with their service needs while managing their expectations. These positions require highly motivated individuals with excellent problem solving skills who are professional, friendly, patient, able to work independently on several tasks at the same time and able to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates must also be able to contribute to the overall success of the Call Center team by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and have the ability to quickly absorb and apply knowledge that may be gained through classroom training, documentation or independent study.
