Administrative Assistant
MedAllies, a dynamic and growing health information technology organization, is searching for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the administrative functions for the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Implementation,
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for heavy calendar management and scheduling complex meetings, conference calls and functions. They will also document meeting minutes. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for making complex travel arrangements. They must have excellent organization skills and have the ability to implement and utilize filing systems to easily retrieve information on an as needed basis. The Administrative Assistant will prepare letters and reports from rough drafts, copies, or notes, using Word and Excel. This individual will assist the CMO in keeping licenses and ensure association memberships updated. This individual will also prepare expense reports and will serve as a backup to the front desk receptionist. Other duties may be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented and be able to meet all deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, word and Excel. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of standard office equipment, such as a computer, scanner, copier and fax. Associate's degree is preferred. Previous administrative experience is required.
